I'm not in Nigeria. How do I know I can trust your reports?
We work independently of your contractor or developer, and every visit is backed by dated photo and video evidence, not just a written summary.
What if my project is outside Abuja?
We arrange coverage with an adjusted visit cadence, and can substitute a directed remote video walkthrough between visits where a physical visit isn't immediately practicable. See Coverage Area for details.
Can you help if I've already bought a unit from a developer?
Yes. Our role there is independent observation and reporting for your own information. We do not certify or interpret your sale agreement.
Is my project information kept private?
Yes, confidentiality is a standard term of every engagement.
